（自从在网上张贴拙作以来，经常收到专业经济学家、学者或学生来信，
提醒我正在浪费“劳动”。我非常感谢他们的好意。
这里的一封回信说出了我“执迷不悟”的原因）

sorry to tell you that this is only the stuff covered by the entry level
economics course here.

i am taking the courses ECON200, ECON 201 now, which are principles of
microeconomics and macroeconmics, respectively. they are for second year
college students. i am only a new econ major so i cannot make any more
judgements about your opinion, but i dare say your idea is introduced in
the first two weeks of class in both of those two basic economic courses.

what we introduce here is basically the following:

trade benefits all--because the sum of consumer surplus and producer
surplus will increase.

specialization--according to comparative advantage thereom, the one who
has a comparative advantage (lower opportunity cost) will specialize in
producing that product. (your example of the finsherman and hunter. the
oppotunity cost of fisherman to hunt 2 deer is 4 days, etc.)

terms of trade--the actual rate of exchanging products will not be fixed
but it is within a range of the difference of the individual opportunity
costs. (you also mentioned this in your thesis, but you did not call it
"terms of trade". it is the standard name here in the US)

what you presented in that part is basically the second or third chapter
of an introductory textbook here.

i have no bad intention, just to remind you this. maybe you want to read
something more than adam smith. he is out of date, in a way. some most
recent econ textbooks being used by the US universities may help. of
course, no one is using the Economics by Samuelson any longer.

i am a chinese undergrad student majoring in economics at the university
of maryland at college park, Maryland, USA. they teach me a complete
different system of theories from those i learned in china. they never
talk about "JIA ZHI" &" SHI YONG JIA ZHI", many other differences.

Keep in touch. i will go and look for you other theses. waiting to read
your following chapters.
